why can’t the whole world just be in the same time zone? or why can’t time zones be based on closeness to people instead of places?i know that physics crapola says that this is impossible for whatever reasonbut physics is just a bunch of theories that are right until proven wrongwhether it’s across countries, or simply the three hour difference in the states that annihilates any calls past midnight; time zones sucknighttime is useless when there are no starsand will probably eventually be lit up (like the strip) everywhere.so why are we insisting on hanging onto these archaic ideas?we just need proper dark rooms in every house for sleeping.this would all be just so much more efficient.i know its pathetic to complain about something like thiswhen we have unprecedented communication optionsi suppose i would really just like to be able to talk to people who are already separated by space without being separated by time as well.
